 Appointments are private exclusive for one bride at a time. The store will be open for your bridal party only.

1 hour  long Private Bridal Appointments $95

2 hours long  Private Bridal Appointments $180

Purpose: This policy outlines the guidelines for the payment of an appointment fee for bridal appointments at our store, to provide a fair and consistent experience for all clients and support the operations of our business.

Policy: A non-refundable fee of $95/$180 is required for all bridal appointments, payable at the time of booking. The fee covers the cost of providing dedicated personal attention, expert styling advice, and the use of our private fitting rooms during the appointment.

Exceptions: Clients who are purchasing a gown during their appointment are exempt from paying the fee, as the fee is credited towards the purchase.

Payment Methods: The appointment fee may be paid by credit or debit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice, or the fee will not be refunded.

No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for their appointment without providing any notice, the fee will not be refunded.

By following these guidelines, we can provide a consistent and fair experience for all clients while supporting the operations of our business. If clients have any questions or concerns about this policy, they should speak with a store associate.
