By clicking on the "Process/Confirm Order" button, you are committing to buying the item(s) in your cart.

All online sales are final. NORASBRIDALBOUTIQUENY will not accept any returns or provide any refunds on orders placed online or in store. 

All purchases are considered final sale. Because of the nature of the dress industry, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.  All other situations – including if the dress does not fit –color is different than image online due to lighting used by photographers - are considered final sale.

Because designers can increase their prices at any time, the prices on our website are subject to change. If a price has changed on a style that you have ordered, we will contact you with the correct price; at that time, you will have the opportunity to accept the correct price or cancel your order. Although we make every endeavor to provide you with the most accurate and current pricing possible, incorrect prices on our website will not be honored for any reason.

Shipping notice
The "ship to" address must be the same at the "bill to" address. We will not be able to ship items to addresses that differ from the "bill to" address.

Dresses will ship depending on availability and inventory. If the dress is not in stock it could take 4-16 weeks to arrive. Thank you for shopping with NorasBridalBoutiqueNY 

 

In-Store Sales Policy


At Noras Bridal Boutique NY, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality gowns and accessories. Please review our sales policies before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final

No refunds. No exchanges.

All payments are non-refundable.


Special Order Policy (Applies to bridal gowns, evening dresses, mother of the bride/groom dresses,  cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, and accessories)ALL Sales. 

 Special orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Customers will be notified when their special order gown arrives. Gowns must be picked up within 7 days of notification.

Noras Bridal Boutique NY is not responsible for gowns that are taken without being tried on in-store.

If a gown is not picked up within 7 days, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with the dress.

We are not responsible for any errors, damages, or concerns with a dress if it is not picked up within the required time frame of 7 days of order arriving. 


Duplicate Dress Policy

We do not guarantee exclusivity of prom or special occasion dresses at your school or event.

Noras Boutique NY is not responsible for dresses being duplicated by other stores or third-party websites.

Event Cancellations & Postponements

If an event is canceled, you are still responsible for full payment of all gowns and dresses.

If a wedding or special event is postponed or canceled, you have 30 days to claim your dress. After this period, the dress will become the property of Noras Bridal Boutique NY, and no refund will be issued.
